Spicy Baked Feta with Tomato and Peppers

Serves: 2–4 (appetizer)

Cook time: 15–20 min

🧂 Ingredients

• 200g feta cheese block (not crumbled)

• 1 ripe tomato, finely chopped

• 1 small chili or hot pepper, sliced (adjust to taste)

• ½ green bell pepper, sliced (optional)

• 1 tsp dried oregano

• 1–2 tbsp olive oil

• Black pepper to taste

🔪 Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C

2. Assemble:

Place the feta in a small baking dish or wrap in foil. Top with tomato, peppers, oregano, black pepper, and olive oil.

3. Bake:

Bake uncovered (or sealed in foil for a softer texture) for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and the top slightly browned.
